The Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act) provides a general right of access to documents held by the Department of Industry, Innovation, Climate Change, Science, Research and Tertiary Education (DIICCSRTE) and other Commonwealth agencies.
From 1 May 2011, business.gov.au is required to maintain a list of documents released under the FOI Act. Information about the documents released by business.gov.au will be available from the Freedom of Information Disclosure Log 
on the DIICCSRTE website.
